We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech/System Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game design, with a focus on technical implementation using Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprints. You will collaborate closely with designers, artists, and programmers to create innovative gameplay systems and mechanics that enhance player experience.
Design, prototype, and implement gameplay systems and mechanics using Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine gameplay features and systems.
Create and maintain technical documentation for gameplay systems and workflows.
Troubleshoot and optimize gameplay systems for performance and player experience.
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in technical design.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.
Proven experience as a Tech/System Designer in the games industry, with a focus on Unreal Engine 5.
Strong proficiency in Blueprints and visual scripting within Unreal Engine.
Solid understanding of gameplay mechanics, systems design, and player experience.
Experience with game development pipelines and workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A passion for gaming and a desire to create engaging gameplay experiences.
Experience with C++ programming in Unreal Engine.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce).
Previous experience in a mid or senior-level design role.
